Remember our Safety Pillars:

  • Safety is a value that is never compromised.

  • Safety is an essential criteria to excellence.

Safety is just as essential as quality, productivity, schedule and morale.

  • We believe most injuries are preventable.

We have a mindset that any level, frequency or severity of injury is unacceptable.

  • We actively care for one another.

We are committed to building relationships as the foundation for safety excellence.

  • We welcome being coached for safety.

We accept coaching willingly and without becoming defensive or being offended.

  • We treat each other with dignity and respect.

We are valued not only for what we do, but for who we are.

  • Each and every one of us is accountable for our own safety.

We are also accountable for the safety and well being of others...regardless of position.

  • We demonstrate and promote our commitment daily.

We must speak-up when we see something unsafe on and off the job.

  • It is our moral obligation to be safety leaders.

We will be safety leaders by identifying hazards, speaking up, controlling and taking necessary actions to eliminate the hazards, up to and including the stoppage of work.
